Looks like it occurs when the backup is about 99% complete, and the system states that it backs up "new" files, but not "old" ones.
Using Norton 360 v5.0 on Windows XP

This is the forum for NIS / NAV. Perhaps it would be better if you posted your message on the Norton 360 board, where you would find more people familiar with that product (Norton 360 v5)

This error appears to relate to a temporary problem between your computer and the Symantec servers. There was another report of the same error code during an attempted restore here a couple of months ago; it's not clear whether a solution was achieved, but a number of Symantec employees weighed in with approaches that seem likely to solve it.
