Possible false positive Trojan.Gen report

My Norton 360 Version 6 just found and deleted a Trogan.Gen virus attached to my 2010 Ohio TurboTax download. (w_ohio_ind_2010.010.0100.exe)

This file has been on my computer and backups for over a year. Is it possible that this was a false positive?
