Hello,
I made upgrade from Premier v5 to v6 and now my Online Backup can't connect to my Norton Account.
N360 activation works fine and I see message about valid subscription (how many days left) but the backup can't be activated: Norton accepts my email/password for Online Backup but complains about not activated online backup when I want to run backup.
Maybe I should reinstall my N360 but I didn't find myself how to save the backup settings: I have the list of excluded folders and I don't want to "memorize" it and put back manually.

Hi Bululator,
We are really sorry for the problem you face with the Norton. So fix this problem we can try this step. Go ahead and take a backup of the Norton Identity safe first.
Then when the backup is completed. Go to control Panel and select add/remove programs or uninstall a program. Select Norton 360 from the list and uninstall the same. In the uninstall preference menu select delete all Norton data and settings (Second Option). Once completed as Norton states restart the computer go ahead and restart the computer.
Once the restart is completed go ahead and download norton from www.norton.com/n360p_5 (Premier Edition). Once it is installed try to activate the backup again and it would work fine.
Please check the same and let us know if it worked.

Hi Dinesh_Bhalaji,
Thanks for your help. But how can I restore now my backup settings? After new installation I have imported Identity safe data but I see only default settings for Backup.

Hi Bulbulator,
We are sorry but we cannot retrieve the backup setting on the Norton Backup as we had to delete all the Norton data and the settings while removing the old version. So you have to configure the Norton backup again as per the need.
You can click on Create a new backup set and create a backup as per you needs
