I'm downloading a Known Exe file from my Bank website, It's a regular statement.
My Norton's 7 Sonar always delete this file even when I'm defining this file as a trusted one.
Can someone advise me please what can I do to prevent deleting a file ?
Thanks

Hi ronen,
A bank statement is generally downloaded as a .pdf file. I can't think of any reason that such a document would be in the form of an executable file. That in itself should be a red flag. Are you sure you are at your banking site? You aren't downloading something at the direction of an email message that you received, are you?

Hello .
I am sure that the file is safe ,
I am sure that the website is genuine .
The Exe file opens a statement file .
My problem is in Norton's Sonar ...

Seriously, I would check with the bank before I would ever consider trying to open this file. The fact that it is an .exe file rather than a document is highly suspicious, and the fact that SONAR is alerting to it would really make me nervous.
