Problem with product key

Hello, i bought notron 360 4.0 anti-virus and i already setup for 2 pc but on cover says that up to 3 pc and the 3rd pc is notebook there is no cd rom so after i downloaded from webside he didnt show me wheare to put my product key so i got a trial version for 30 days! How can i put my product key and get that one year.

At the bottom of the main screen in Norton, you should find a link to renew.  Click on that and you will find a place to put in your key.  Run liveupdate until all updates have been received.

If you look at the GUI for your "trial" installation you should see at the bottom the number of days left and the word Renew.

 

Click on Renew and you should get a screen with the box to insert the key in.

 

It depends a little on what version you have of which product as to how the screen looks and if there is no box then there is probably something to click on which will take you to the right place.

 

If all else fails contact Customer Support where you are located:

You can choose CHAT or Email; phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.

Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum

 

Please make sure that you didn't download the Netbook Trial version as your key from N360 version 4 will not work with the Netbook N360 version 4. Unfortunately, the keys for those 2 versions are not interchangeable. If you have downloaded the Netbook version, please delete it and download either the Standard or the premier version based on how much backup space you are allowed to use..

 

You mentioned Notebook in your post, but since you said there is no cd rom, I am assuming you meant a Netbook.
