I have recently renewed my Norton 360 v6 subscription and upgraded to the premium version. I notice that when I log in to my Spotify account I see a message "Failed to enable Spotify Social". I have looked into this and find that it may be something to do with the setting of my firewalls.
As I am not that computer literate, has anyone come across this situation and how can I resolve this problem.
Kind regards

Hi Billboy57,
If you really suspect this problem could be because of Norton 360. I can help you to allow this program through the Norton 360 Smart Firewall. However, we will not be sure because the error message comes as "failed to enable".
Could you please tell me, are you trying to enable the Spotify in any of the Social Media like Facebook, Orkut, etc. If yes, then please try to check with the preferences from Spotify program itself. For more details on this program, please visit this link: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts-Subscript
Note: This step helps you to allow the Spotify program through Norton 360 smart firewall: Open the Norton 360 program --> Click On Settings--> Firewall --> Program Rules --> Select the Program Name from the list --> Select the Access Method as "Allow" and then click on Apply & close the settings
Let me know the result of the above steps..
