I am unable to use the email form supplied by Mypoints to report issues since upgrading norton. I can fill out the email form but it will not send. Help!

Could you please let me know more about the problem. How you will check your emails, are you using the Outlook or outlook express or a webmail.
Is it happening only for a single email or for all the emails?
Is that problem happening only after updating the norton or have you done any other changes on your computer?
