I renewed my Norton 360 in February. Now Norton says my trial is over, and will not accept my product key. I've spent over 2 hours online with your robotic support with no solution. I emailed support over a week ago with no reply. Can a paying customer possibly get some kind of support here??

Could you tell us what version of Norton 360 you are one now (Support / About and it looks like nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number) and how you got to it if it is the latest V6 -- did you have it already when you renewed or did you update to it on top of an older version.
More important still is how did you renew? On line with Norton as a renewal or did you purchase a copy?
When you "renewed" did you get a new renewal key sent to you ?
