Purchased but not showing in account

I purchased 360 and it's not showing in my account so I can load it onto another computer.  

I have a receipt and product key etc.

I did get a message advising that my password entered at purchase did not match the one on the account but it I went and amended this then the purchase wold show.  It hasn't !

Can anyone help ?

Hi Sandra1975.

 

I hope you have registred to Norton Account when you have installed in 1st Computer?

If so you can re-download logging in to Norton Account and install it in your other computer.

 

Alternatly you can download the Trail Version of your N360 V 6 and install in the other computer and give the product key that way you can activate in other computer also.

 

Please let me know if this helps to fix the issue.

Yes I did register.  I was already registered from buying a product previously. 

In my email confirmation it stated the following :  I ahve re-signed in and amended the password but the latest purchase is still not showing.

Hi Sandra1975,

 

Have you used the same email-id to purchase the new one?

If so it should reflect in the account.

But As you have said you have the Product Key with you now, you can re-download the product from www.norton.com

Once you download the product, you can give the key to activate.
