I'm using Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) and MS Office 2010. I just loaded Norton 360 & started receiving error messages within MS Outlook 2010: "Task '[email address] - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC97) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC97'
Any advice on a fix? Thanks!

Do you have any other Security program installed in your computer?
Which was the previous security product that you used before installing Norton 360?
If you have used any, did you uninstall it completely before installing Norton 360?
Run a Comprehensive Scan from Norton 360, restart the computer and check. If the problem persists, disable the email scanning from Norton 360. Let us know the results.
