How did you obtain your copy of 360? How did you receive your original product key?

You should contact whoever you got it from, to see if they have any record of your transaction. If you received the key be email, maybe you can retrieve the old email?

If you do not have the cd case with the key, you may be out of luck. You could try contacting Norton Support via the online chat to see if they can help you. You can contact them here

If your copy of N360 has been activated,  check in Documents > Symantec. (In Windows 7)

Hi

   You can follow the Suggestion given by Krusty. Also if you didn't formatted your Hard Drive/Reinstalled your Operating System and you are installing it on the same Computer just go ahead and download then install the Norton360 and it'll pick up the Key automatically.

    If you're having the Norton360 installed in a Computer and you are trying to install and activate it on another Computer, get the Serial Number from the Norton360 UI (Norton360-->Goto Support-->About) and then contact our Support and give them the Serial Number to get your Product Key.

Do you still have the box from when you bought it at Walmart? Does it have a colored sticker on it?

Walmart and some other stores have an arrangement with Norton -- to reduce shoplifting -- where the copy is activated at checkout in the store and so you do not have a KEY with the product. You just install it and somehow Norton knows ....

Hang on for some specific advice about this since not all of us have come across it.
