My friend renewed my Norton 360 yesterday using her credit card for five computers but I can't figure out what computers got renewed. The ones that had less than two weeks left should have been renewed and three have been but I have two that have not been renewed. After the subscription got renewed, I am having problems printing from my desktop which was one of the three that got renewed out of five subscriptions. Any help is appreciated. I am running XP on the three that renewed. For your information, I have purchased licenses for eight systems (3 prior and the recent 5 license renewal). I need a way to figure out what computer got what license. Help!

Hey!
Assuming you have renewed your subscription from Symantec (Norton) directly , use the Chat option here in the support page:
http://us.norton.com/norton/support/contact/contac
and contact Norton Support.
You should provide details about your previous subscription , product keys as well as purchase information (ccard number , etc) so that they can check what is going on . You can see product keys on installed products in a folder called Symantec located at your MyDocuments folder or by visiting Norton Account @ www.mynortonaccount.com
As for your priting problem , it has nothing to do with the subscription. You need to provide more details about your printing problems but first fix the renewal :)

I did renew directly with Symantec and did call Chat which reset my remaining renewals. Thanks for that! As to the printing issue, I was not having any problems before I renewed my subscription to Norton and now I am. I can print from everywhere except coupons.com, couponmom.com, smartsource.com, redplum.com. I checked and the printer software has been installed for each of them. I even re-installed a couple to be sure but the website tells me the coupons are printing but the printer is not receiving the message nor is it in the queue. Any help is appreciated.
