Renewing Subscription for 360 Premier 3 PCs

I am trying to renew my subscription for 360 Premier for 3 PCs, I choose the product, go to the next screen to submit the order, attempt to remove the additional charge of $8.99 that I am not interested in (will not remove). Then when I attempt to submit the order it will not process. It just sits there. My subscription expired today and I need to get it renewed. Thanks,

Make sure that what you are getting is a renewal and not buying a new copy. You can use either but sometimes one is cheaper than the other.

 

But contacting CHAT is best
