Everytime I install RollbackRX, SONAR wakes up and reports about the suspicious behavior or SHIELDCLNT.EXE. This is a valid file of RollbackRX and Norton 360 is screwing it up every time. How do I exclude it without destroying the installation?
This is the first time in over a year that N360 decides to take action against RollbackRX.

From the main user interface click Settings-->AntiVirus then click the Scans and Risks tab. Scroll down to the Exclusions / Low Risk section where you will find Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR, and Download Intelligence Detection. On the far right click on Configure[+] and on the next screen enter the file to be excluded.
BTW, I'm running Rollback Rx v 9.1 without any problems on xp sp3 32bit and N360 with SONAR set on aggressive.
Edit: If you mean there is a conflict between N360 and Rollback only during the installation of Rollback then you should just disable N360 during the Rollback installation. This procedure is recommend by Rollback Rx support.

Thanks for the reply. This didn' t happen during installation. It just suddenly happened and I do have RBX 9.1 as well. Cannot explain why it triggered for me, but not for you. I wish I could offer something to explain it, but it did for me and broke RBX. Not a very nice surprise.
I made the change and will keep monitoring.
