it says there is 10 of them on my Norton 360. I went to fix them and it said succesffully removed and I'm cleaned yet it's still on my Norton? Why is that. Am I sitll safe?

To make sure you have no threats on your machine do this:
0. Update your Norton 360 until it gets no new updates, reboot into Safe Mode
1. Boot up in Safe Mode (by booting press F8 until you see a list, there select Safe Mode)
2. When Windows is loaded, open Norton 360, and run a Full System Scan
3. Reboot
Let us know the results.

76 were found. It said it was tracking cookies, and risk was low.

I fixed them in safe mode. Am I fine?

I would say yes. Tracking cookies are very very low ""threats"", if we can call them threats. Nothing to worry about ;).

Phew, I was so paranoid. Seeing as it had "ad." which seems like adware and stuff.

Maybe you saw them in your quarantine? Thats just the history of the viruses you had and they are there if you want to restore them.
