How do I download a file that I know is OK when sonar keeps blocking and deleting the file.  I have tried turning Sonar Off on the settings page, but it still blocks and deletes the file.

Beside Sonar, you can try to disable download intellingence.

Another option is put the download folder (the one in which you wanna save and then run from this file) in the exclusions, in order to be sure that nothing will intercept this.

In both cases, try to be really sure that the file is fine because you will not have protection doing this.

Hi

  First you've to find the correct feature that is blocking your file. Check in the security history(Norton36->Tasks->Check Security History->Recent History->Search for the instance when the blockage happened and find which feature is blocking the file from downloading. Then Goto settings and add exclusion under Antivirus->Scans and Risks->Exclusions/Low Risks in that feature.
