I have lost the Norton spam box I set up with Outlook Express and am not able to set it up again. I get no joy from the help line

Hello and welcome Norton Forums.
This issue can be fixed by disabling and reenabling the plugin.
1. Open Norton 360.
2. In the Network and click Settings.
3. Under AntiSpam, next to Client Integration, click Configure.
4. In the Client Integration window, uncheck Outlook Express.
5. Click Apply, and then click OK for both the windows
7. Exit all the programs, and then restart the computer.
To Re-enable AntiSpam Client Integration
1. Open Norton 360.
2. In the Network pane, click Settings.
3. Under AntiSpam, next to Client Integration, click Configure.
4. In the Client Integration window, uncheck Outlook Express.
5. Click Apply, and then click OK for both the windows
6. Close Norton and then check Outlook Express.
