Norton 360

Just installed renewal of N360; now my Spector Pro software is being blocked. Took off Norton Protections & reinstalled Spector Pro. Put N360 back on.  Still can't run SP program.  Think the Norton Sonar is blocking it.

Can someone help?

You may exclude the files/programs from Norton so that they are not blocked.  Exclusions reduce your level of protection and should be used if you are confident that they are not infected

Please add Spector Pro folders to Scan exclusions from N360 settings->Antivirus->Scans & Risks->Exclusions/Low Risks. Open configure for scan exclusions, add Spector Pro folders in both Scan Exclusions & Real Time Protection Exclusions and apply.

I recently downloaded the most recent upgrade to Norton's 360 as well and since I did this, the email feature of Spector Pro 6 no longer sends emails to me for flagged words.  Spector Pro runs in stealth mode and I can see to make it work.  I've tried turning off the firewall and other feature of Norton's 360, but still doesn't work. 

Has anyone had this specific issue and was able to resolve it?

Please follow these instructions to either exclude spector pro from sonar or restore it from quarantine.
