Stop subscription and cancel automatic renewal

I have an old Norton 360 that is no longer used (computers have been removed from service). i cannot enter into My Account (forgot password, email address used on old computers disconnected) to stop automatic renewal. I cannot find anywhere on the Symantec website to cancel my subscription.
