I currently have 58 days left on my current subscription to Norton 360 5.0. I purchased a new copy at Costco and installed in on one of my PC's. After the install completed I noticed in did not add the 58 days to my new subscription count. I only showed 366 days. What do I need to do to have the additional 58 days added to that count??

We usually tell users to wait until the last day or 2 before entering a new key to their product as the days remaining get wiped out with a new key. It will only add the old days when you purchase a new key from Norton to extend your subscription. You can try chatting with customer support using the free chat program to see if they will add on those remaining days to your subscription. We have heard thru user feedback that they usually do add them back on.
