I just went on Norton to see how long I have left on my subscribtion and it said 13 days. I clicked subscription status and suddenly it's now 378 days. I never clicked anything saying renew and I can't recall paying for this year already and I don't have any emails saying I've just renewed, so what's going on? Is it just a glitch?

It sounds like an autorenewal to me. Sign into your Norton Account, Select the Automatic Renewal Tab and in the last column see if it says On under Automatic Renewal. If so you are enrolled in Auto Renewal and your license was just renewed - you should be receiving an email stating such shortly.

BLM,
If you are bothered or have a problem with your MyNortonAccount just contact the Norton OnLine Support Team via the CHAT route as below -- they have the tools and access to the database to deal with subscriptions. So if you had bought a new copy to extend your subscription more cheaply than renewing they can set up a refund or some other deal that's agreeable.
And they can turn the autorenewal off or on ...
