Back on June 13th I renewed Norton 360 and added a new computer to my installs. Everything worked fine till this morning, when my Norton 360 opening screen said that my subscription had expired. My other 360 applications work fine. Any fixes for this? Please advise. Thanks.

Welcome,
Have you checked that computer to make sure that the date and time are correct? The other thing to check, especially on a new computer is; are there any preinstalled security programs? What is the operating system?

Tanstaafle,
Adding two questions to Dick's --
How did you "renew" your subscription? Online with Norton; buy a new copy somewhere and use the KEY? Just Installed again from a new copy?
Have you tried clicking on Support / Subscription Status ?

Hi, Dick -
I'm running a Lenovo machine I bought cheap (that itself may be a mistake); I'm running Windows XP Professional and was careful to remove or neutralize any security programs. Having said that, I found the date and time were wrong (and corrected that) immediately before I found the trouble with N360.

Click on Support - Subscription Status. This will synch your N360 with the Symantec subscription servers.
If that does not work, click on Support - Get Support. This will run Autofix that checks your installation and fixes what it finds.
Be sure you have manually run LiveUpdate a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
