Suggestions about Norton 360

Hi,all.I have used Norton 360 and NIS for about two years,I think I do get some idea to improve Norton 360.

It is a great product,it can meet my needs. But as an advanced user ,I think I should know more about my computer.

Yes ,what i say is security history in NIS,I hope you can add this to Norton 360.

If you are not familiar with your PC,just do what you want, you need not know anything.I think Norton 360 try to  meet their needs.

It  does success in meeting the needs of  users who know nothing about their computers.

But what about advanced users?

They try to know what is going on their computer. And addding this function can meet their needs.

What do you think my suggestions??

Any idea is welcome!

Thanks!!

Thanks for your reply,Stu.I think Norton 360 is realsed after NIS,it is easy to add this thefunction as NIS

always has it.

In one word,I think it just brings benefits to advanced users ,and will not do harm to ordinary users.

I think the philosophy has been that N360 is, as you say, for non-tech users who must make up the majority of the market -- fit and forget; don't want to understand it or fine tune it. And that NIS2008 is for the techies.

However you will certainly find the Norton Staffers receptive here and a search on 2009 will bring you some messages about what is being done for the next version out later this year.
