Norton 360

When I download files (jpegs) from a trusted person who verifyed that they did send the files, I get this warning from Norton:

symres:C:\Program%20Files%20(x86)\Norton%20Internet%20Security\MUI\16.5.0.134\09\01\coUICtlr.loc/SUSPICIOUSREDIRECT.HTML

I'm not sure why it's saying it's a redirect or .html - it's a picture.  Any idea as to why or what this is?

Is that from the history logs or a pop up??

It looks more like part of Norton.

it's a pop up.  When I click 'download' for the files, a box with a big red X pops up and gives that tag, and says if want to continue to the web page I can, but it's advised not to.
