Only one installed AV is allowed as they conflict with each other.

We did not use Avast, we used a stand alone tool by them that is on demand only.  It's like using TDSSkiller by Kaspersky but not having Kaspersky Internet Security,  Or someone using Norton Power Eraser but having McAfee installed not Norton 360.

i have also been on express invoice, from australia and i have lost a computer from an infection or virus or whatever it was.

i need to find what it is. it is also i'm my new computer.

You need your own thread, but also in saying that if you have already cleaned a Computer for what ever it was it will be too hard to find out what it was now the PC is clean.
