How do I restore the "Cards" button on my Norton toolbar? I did some digging and read that I should go to settings and then detailed settings, however there is no "detailed settings" when I click settings. Instead I get a "one click something" instead. The Crads and Logins and Identity safe were working great up until a few days ago. I am running Norton 360 on Windows Explorer 8, MS Vista. Help and thanks.

When I click the "Norton" dropdown on the Norton toolbar I get an option for "Help" which takes me to a website, there is no "Help and Support" option.

The Help & Support yogesh is talking about is on the main page of Norton 360 ( upper right hand corner), not on the Norton Tool Bar. Click on Help and Support, a drop down menu appears and the bottom entry is About. Click on it and you'll see a version number - similiar to this 4.3.0.5.

Did you try rebooting your machine. If not try to reboot your machine and check for the 'Cards and Logins' button in the Norton toolbar. Also ensure that Identity Safe is Turned On. You can verify this in settings window, you can control the settings via Quick Control , to access it Go to N360 Main UI > Settings> Quick Controls and ensure Identity Safe check box is enabled. If it is not enabled enable it and open a new browser and check for the button. Do get back to us if you still experience the problem.
