Hi
I write a program which is available to dowload via the internet. Many people have downloaded it without problems so far. However I received a message from a user yesterday quoting the above error message. From your forums it looks like this has been a problem this month, but also that you think that you have resolved it. I have two questions.
1. What can the user do to allow this file to be downloaded?
2. Is the insight problem really fixed, and if so, please take a look at the program I make available to download, satisfy yourselves that its not a virus and then update the virus checker so it won't incorrectly flag this program as a virus.

Thanks

Hi cedd,
Please check out this sticky post if you think that your file has been labelled as a false positive. The post will give you information on how to submit your file to Symantec:

Also, please do not post direct links to exe files. I will ask a moderator to remove it. Thanks :-)
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now ready for take-off. We would like to remind you that smoking and flaming are prohibited on all boards of this forum. We wish you an enjoyable flight with Norton Airlines.

Sorry about posting the link, being honest i didn't read all the terms and conditions. they were very long.
Are we confident that the insight thing is working properly?
And is there a way for the user to override the warning from Norton and download the program anyway?
Thanks
Cedd
