Norton 360

all

this is my 1st try in doing this   my smart firewall dos not work  and  and am going too show you how FIX NOW is not  doing it  job the way it sould be doing  am 

well here my 1st try

i hop this 1st photo dos not get me bannd from the fourms  could have ues other coloo and am not that good of a speller

so here is the next  thing i do wish i hit fix now   and this boxs shows up

and here is what i get  is a red X so i need too re in stall it  this is the 2nd time norton 360 v6 have done this  the 1st time was in norton 360 v5.2.3   this is  geting vary old  if  FIX now works the way it sould be i sould not be re in stalling this   am all so runing norton 360 6.1.1.8

well  there you have it   going too re in stall norton 360 now  that fix now dos not work  like it sould be   if fix now work it sould not have too be re installing norton 360 all i would have too do is hit fix now and its all fix  but nop you got too do the hard way in tell there some in done about it

Sorry for the trouble.

Please go to Tasks > Check Security History. Verify whether it shows any error for firewall. You have to check in More Details section. Let us know the above information.

Try these steps:

1. Run LiveUpdate from Norton 360.

2. Restart the computer and click Support > Get Support.

hi

this is not a error  it has been going  on from time too time  and i cant  Check Security History  has i have reinstall it so the report is likey gone  all so runing live updates have  nothing too do with this  so i dont even no way that was  even said   

when i say fix now  dos not work i mean fix now  dos not work  has seen in the photos  this is a bug that needs too be fix  norton 360 sould not be doig this  at all   this has happen  2 times with norton 360v6  am runing 6.1.1.8   and 1 time in norton v5.2.23   if this bug dos not get fix in norton 360 fix it now  tool  i may even thinking about going back too norton 2012  has am geting sick of rein stalling norton 360 evere time smart firewall fails  and fix now when you hit  it dont even work right too fix it too get  it back too working

when norton v7 is ready for testing  it needs too go under deep testing  all so i like too see fix now  re move  in norton v7 or re place with some in elsee  that works   if you put a tool in norton  it sould work with out any bugs    why put some in  if it dos not work the way it sould be???

Please understand that, inorder to find out why the firewall got disabled and why the Fix Now does not work, we need to get the information from the Security History. We will be able to find out the cause of the problem & a fix for it only by that means. Without a proper analysis on your problem, we won't be able to find out an appropriate resolution for you.

If this is a bug with Norton 360 Version 6.0, it would have come up in the beta phase itself. This seems to be a typical odd problem with your computer only. So, if the problem happens again, please try to provide us more information as requested before you proceed with uninstall/reinstall.
