Transfer N360 ver.6.0 to another Pc

Hi friends,

I have following issue. I would like to move my N360 ver.6.0 from my laptop to my new Pc.

The only problem I have is that I can Not uninstall this product from my laptop (I can not access the internet with it) before I download it in the new Pc, I have a 3 Pc permission (all used).

My question is : How can I install the N360 on my new PC without interfering with the other 2 computers that have N360 with the same product #

Hope what I wrote is understandable despite my bad English

You can contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to free up an activation.

Thanks for the replay.

I am just wondering how they can free up the activation of a specific laptop or PC?

I'll contact them and see what they do. Thank you for the hint.

I just had all fixed and installed the product to my new Pc.

You are quite welcome - glad I could assist you - you know where to find us if you have any more situations.

BTW, you may be insterested in Norton Management. Had you had it installed , you could have logged in, and found the old stystem listed and a simple click of the trash can could have freed up a license so you had one available install. Check it out here:
