Transfer subscription to new laptop, but old computer HD crashed & was wiped clean.

I have 3 Norton 360 subscriptions.  One subscription was on my home pc, one on my daughter's laptop.  My home pc crashed and the hd was wiped clean so there's no way I can cancel that subscription.  I bought a new laptop and used my final subscription on that laptop.  In the meantime my son's laptop antivirus coverage has expired and I want to add Norton to his laptop.  Is there any way to cancel the subscription on the dead HD & use it on my son's laptop?

Thanks,

Julie

No problem -- just get in touch with Customer Support using OnLine CHAT and they'll liberate that activation in the cental database ...

To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there.

You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.

Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
