Transferring Product Key

Hi I am a CAP student at a Library where we have Norton 360 on all of the computers we are currently getting new computers in and I was wondering if there is a way to transfer a product key onto another computer, every key has been used 3 times this probably seems dumb but we have like 250 days left on these keys and my boss doesn't want them to go to waste, am I SOL or is there a way to reuse them?

Re: Transferring Product Key

If you uninstall the program from the old computer, then you can install the program on a new computer.  If you have any problems then you can contact Customer Service here ; the chat service is the fastest way and they will be able to help you.

Re: Transferring Product Key

Just for my future reference would one have to use the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall the program or would using  the normal Uninstall that comes with the program be sufficient??

Re: Transferring Product Key

You can use the uninstall routine in this case.  I would also use the NRT if the computer was being removed from the library (donated or sold).
