Tried to install ActiveX

And it says i'm not administrator on this computer. I'm running vistas, and this is the only account on this computer. It is the administrator account. Yet the site doesn't register this for some reason. What can I do to fix this problem?

Are you trying to download N360 from the Symantec website? If so, can you copy and paste the link here please? Or are you trying to do an online scan with Norton, copy and paste the link here if you are able. Please advise, thanks.
