Like many others I'm having the same issue. Before finding this forum, I took the direction of my Norton 360 and used the ZeroAccess removal tool along with the Norton Eraser with no luck. I then googled "Trojan.Gen.2" and found these forums.
I'm running Win Vista 32-bit.
I'm hoping I can get help as well.
Thanks in advance.

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.
1. Find
2. Break
3. Destroy
4. Cleanup (including system as a whole)
Please read every post completely before doing anything.

I have to create a script for 3 sets.
But do you know what the service and driver are??
2 .1298352465; C:\Program Files\1298352465\Shaan1298352465L.exe [436104 2009-09-19] ()
3 61883; C:\Windows\System32\DRIVERS\61883.sys [45696 2008-01-18] (Microsoft Corporation)
Figured out the driver 61883, just not the random service

Ok, I figured out the "1298352465L.exe" is a game trainer I used a few years ago I forgot to delete. What should I do with it?

Hang on I will update the script to safely remove it.

Download the script attached, needs to be the same file name as well (fixlist.txt), Copy across to flash drive
NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
Now please enter System Recovery Options again. Like previously
