Norton 360

So my norton 360 keeps on popping up notifications of both Trojan.Gen.2 and Trojan.Zeroaccess.B...and I tried to fix the problem myself but have failed to do so...any help would be appreciated thanks!

By the way I am using Windows Vista 64 bits...I have also read the other threads regarding similar problems...but I don't know if I should be using the same methods to fix my computer as it stated in the threads that the situations may be different...so I would think that it's better for me to wait for someone to help me...any help is much appreciated, thank you!

I tried methods I found on other threads of this forum also those I found on bleepingcomputers.com but the problems still exist. Thank you!

Tried methods used on this and Bleeping Computer,   There are warnings on this forum and Bleeping over Programs and methods.  So I am not touching your system, you knew better, using the tools etc.  You choose to ignore the warnings
