Hi,
Running Windows 7 on my Netbook (starter 32 bit) and after recently upgrading to 360v6 I keep getting issues with it where Norton says I need NPE and after loading and running no threats are picked up but 360 does error and keeps saying NPE needed. In the mean time I keep getting popups saying the trojan is being blocked and worked on. Looking at the results it says quarantined I've also tried malwarebytes but that doesn't find anything!
How can I get these trojans off my machine?
Jeff

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.
1. Find
2. Break
3. Destroy
4. Cleanup (including system as a whole)
Please read every post completely before doing anything.

It's now gone.

I will just make up the script.

Some of the script is to double check for objects, but one entry is to repair a Windows Registry key and the others is to move the first layer of zeroaccess
Download the script attached, needs to be the same file name as well, Copy across to flash drive
NOTE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
Now please enter System Recovery Options again. Like previously
