I have an Alienware and norton 360 v6 keeps saying that I have 2 infected files that need to be removed maual. I tried 2 times the zeroacess remover tool from norton, but it didn't do anything. The other one is patchep (s?). I used the big remove from norton to (NPE) both stay. Zero access is attacking constant. Infected files are 800000.@ and system.exe
Alienware operates windows 7 64.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome,
Please do not attempt any more 'fixes'. Volunteer user Quads is our resident expert on removal of these types of 'nasties'. He will see the message and respond. Please be patient until then.
Thanks

ANY other user other than the thread starter is not to use any instructions, scripts or proceedures, The work though in cleaning a system is individual and only for that system due to a number of factors.
Please do not run any tools unless instructed to do so.
1. Find
2. Break
3. Destroy
4. Cleanup (including system as a whole)
Please read every post completely before doing anything.
