The Trojans seem gone, no more reports about them. Thanks a lot for your time and effort and sticking with us altough we messed up ;) ! We were so scared to mess up again we haven't been on the computer till you ask us to do something and now to ask how it's going. ;).
One more thing we have noticed, related to norton 360 v6;
a)Norton gives constantly warning that it blocks unauthorized access and the file is in alienware/commandcenter.
b)Since the update of norton 360 V6 the touchpath stays active when we use an external mouse (it didn't use to), if we go into the commandcentre alientouch, it gives a massive error report. Last time we undid it with uninstalling norton v6 and installing the older version of norton and once it automatically updated into v6 it happened again.
What could this be and is there an easy solution?
Thanks for everything

Unalthorised access, nothing to worry about ot is Anti-Tamper logging actions
The Norton with the Touchpad problem, maybe a Norton bug. I would say start a new thread about that problem and other users in that feild and Symantec Employees will help more on that specific problem.
Disable Norton
Start OTL again but this time click the Black CleanUp button, then make sure the C:\_OTL folder is deleted.
After that you are free to go on your merry way. You are now fixed / Solved. (For this Malware Thread)
If you want Malwarebytes download the Free version to install and don't click the Trial button
If you want to, you can turn off System Restore wait for it to clear the Restore Points and then Turn it back on once you find all is happy. today, tomorrow whenever.
