The scan just finished, I'm on US eastren time and have to go to work in the morning, I'll have to hit the bed shortly and it will be around 5:00 pm US eastern time befor I can get back on my computer. I'll say I've learned a lot from you in the time we've worked together and I'll know what to do if there's a next time, just get in contact with you. Below is the log.

Disable Norton for say 30 minutes

Start OTL,  

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Change file age to 60 days

Press the 

An OTL.txt  and extras.txt will be created.

You can uninstall

"ESET Online Scanner" = ESET Online Scanner v3

Do you know you have these installed??  They are seen as a bit iffy (conduit0 and is a lot of the time removed by malware removal teams.

"WiseConvert Toolbar" = WiseConvert Toolbar

          I didn't know and we can definitely get rid of them, I'm at work right now but when I get home I can uninstall them along with the EST Online Scanner if you say it's OK. (Just want to make sure there is not something else I need to do before I uninstall them.)

I will still script to remove what is in the log for folders, BHO items for other quaratines etc.   Just better to use the uninstall feature first.

I've uninstalled EST Online Scanner, Coupons.com Toolbar, and WiseConvert Toolbar. Also computer won't let me hook up to the internet on Safe Mode. Tells me I don't have a connection.

Safe mode (without netwoorking) to my knowledge is not meant to have network ability, it to boot Windows without all the extras, including AV's etc, in case there is sofware or Hardware conflicts.
