Okay, so my idle time scan detected a Trojan.ADH.2 and it blocked it. Does this mean it has blocked it from entering my computer or block it from doing anything else temporarily? (Meaning it is in my computer) Thanks. ![]()

I have three files, saif865.exe, (C:\users\myname\appdata\local\temp\saif865.exe. Blocked) saia287.exe, (C:\users\myname\appdata\local\temp\saia287.exe. Blocked) and saidb81.exe. (C:\users\myname\appdata\local\temp\saidb81.exe. Blocked)

Even though it seems that the file is blocked, I would suggest to reboot your computer to Safe Mode, delete the Windows Temporary Files, and then run a full system scan in safe mode. Check if it detects any threats.

Yogesh, you didn't answer my question. I'm fully capable of getting rid of a virus, but I want to know what this "Blocking" means.

In your situation, "Block" means that Norton Auto-Protect has blocked the files from accessing different resources in your computer as they are suspicious. The files never got a chance to infect your computer, but they may be still present in the Windows Temporary folder. That's why I suggested the above steps as a precaution.
