Is there a way to pw protect and encrypt a USB with my Norton's 360?

Put simply, No.  N360 doesn't encrypt locally, but if you use online storage it is encrypted in transit and also encrypted at the online server.

... That said,  f you are using Norton Identity Safe / Vault, then you have a locally encrypted copy of that.
