Norton 360

I am being told by others that this is a false positive from Norton.... just want to see if that is true or if there is actually something wrong with this download.

The company has gone out of business, and is providing a update utility for the "Geomate Jr" geocaching GPS.  I would like to be able to use the utility, however, am unsure due to the flagging by Norton.
