Unable to launch Norton 360

I just purchased Norton 360. I finished installed it successfully.

I click on  'open Norton 360’ via the start program or the shortcut on the toobar, the main screen flashes briefly showing about 4 rounded boxes bit then disappeared quickly.

I have already uninstalled and re-installed the product but same thing is happening.

thanks for your time.

Welcome,
Right now, more questions than answers. What was the security product you had before installing 360? What is your OS?

Thanks

UPDATE: it seems to be working now and I am  able to launch the program with  screen not disappearing on me.

I guess the uninstall/install did the trick.

Hi Dick,

How did you unintall McAfee? If you did not use the removal utility from Mcafee there may still be remnants of the program that may be conflicting with Norton. See the following link and get the Mcafee removal tool from the list.
