I am suddenly unable to log into Identity safe which is configured locally.
Any ideas welcome
What's the operating system and which version of what Norton product are we dealing with?

Thanks - I should have mentioned I am running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium and using Identity Safe within Norton 360 Premier Version 6.
Thanks for the answers. Still have more questions. Are you seeing any error messages? Have you rechecked your settings on the identity safe configuration?

I was getting a message saying the password was incorrect - sorry I did not make a note of the exact text.
The good news is that I did a reboot and the problem went away - very odd!!!!!!!
I had previously tried logging on about 10 times and my wife who shares the computer also tried and yes I checked that I did not have caps lock on so I do not understand what went on.
The only thing I can think is that I ran a full backup using Norton Ghost yesterday and maybe this somehow caused a temporary issue
