Norton 360

Hi,

I'm on a brand new HP Pavilion dv6 notebook with Windows 7 and Norton 360.

I'm unable to upload images to social media sites such as Facebook and Tumblr and wondering if it may be a problem with Norton 360.

The problem occurs in all 3 main browsers i.e. Internet Explorer 9, Chrome and Firefox.

I've tried disabling Norton 360, installing the latest version of Adobe Flash and have even re-verted the notebook back to factory settings, but cannot upload images.

Everything works fine on my old laptop which is running Vista Home Edition and Norton 360.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Can you verify that your have SP1 and all the latest updates to Windows7?

What features of 360 did you disable, and did it make any difference to your problem?

Just in case anyone else has a similar problem..

I tried uploading to Facebook and Tumblr using my Bigpond USB modem and everthing worked fine.

I then decided to fiddle with my Netgear N2000 Modem/Router and ended up updating the firmware but still could not upload images.

Decided to dump the Netgear modem/router and bought a D-Link DSL-2750B Modem/Router and everthing works fine i.e. I can once again upload pics to Facebook and Tumblr.
