Hey I pressed Liveupdate a few times and my Version is still 5.1.0.29...
I rebooted and its still 5.1.0.29 :(
How I update manually??? (Norton 360 Brazil)

I have the same version, 5.1.0.29 and experience the same problem. I've run Live Update a number of times with reboots and have not been upgraded to 5.2.0.13.

Hi
Could you run liveupdate repeatedly until it shows " your Norton product has latest updates" and Restart your system whenever it requires.
Note: If you have installed N360 V5 newly on your system, you need to run live update approximately 10 times to get the latest updates

I have the same Problem with the german "Deutsche Telekom"-Version of Norton 360. Even repeated LiveUpdates do not trigger the upgrade to 5.2 What now?

Hi,
After performing the steps(mentioned in the previous post), if you still have this problem. Could try un install and re installing the product , follow the below steps to un install and re install
If you use identity safe, before un-installing the previous product, take a backup of Identity safe data
Remove NIS from Start Menu or from Control Panel -> Add or Remove programs (if this is not work,follow below steps)
Please download Norton Removal Tool from following link : www.norton.com/nrt and follow the procedure which is mentioned in the link
Install the NIS and Run Live Update until you get no new updates(Run 9 to 10 times) and restart your system whenever it requires
Restore your Identity Safe data
Please keep your Norton product key handy to activate your product after installation or by logging into Norton account you can get the key.

Thanks. This sounds easy but it isn´t, because the product is part of a "Deutche Telekom"-Package, where they provide validated kits...

I am stuck at the 5.1.0.29 version. I have used live update many times till I got the message the program is uptodate. After that did not work I reinstalled 360 and once again ran the live update, and reset my PC when asked, until I got the uptodate message and after wasting all that time the program is still not updated to 5.2.

sory for my bad english.i want ask becose on my norton 360 version 5 i have version 5.1.0.29 and with live update nathing change.and my norton toolbar dont work with moxila firefox 10.i have italian version of norton 360 and evrithing work perfect only this 2 update not.thanks soo match.

Sorry for the trouble with Norton! Please provide us little more information regarding the system specification and also the log.lue file.
To collect the logs please find the location below,
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Norton\{*guid*}\Norton\LUE\Logs\log.lue
Windows Vista/Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\Norton\{*guid*}\Norton\LUE\Logs\log
