Upgraging to Norton 360 v3.0 online from Africa

I have used Norton 360 v2.0 which expires a few days back. I have made several attempts at upgrading to Norton 360 v3.0 online using my MasterCard for more than three weeks to no avail. I have explored possibilities such as paying through Wire Transfer without achieving concrete result. I decided to navigate through Customer Service which offers this opportunity of Norton Discussion Forum.

 

I believe it is possible to get an UPGRADE ONLINE from Africa. I actually wanted to upgrade for the Norton 360 version 3.0 for a 2-year period. I have approached my Bank, which responded that it will be able to assist if I can get the necessary information from Symantec and/or Digital River International, the e-commerce platform.

 

Please kindly assist to preserve my information as it is not going to be pleasant to have my PC expire.

 What happened when you try to upgrade to the latest version using your Master card? Did you receive any error message?

 

 You can visit the site http://www.symantec.com/globalsites/index.jsp. Select your region from there and then select upgrade. Let me know what happens.

 

It is always better to contact  customer service team. They will be in a better position to help you.

Not sure why your payment information is not getting verified. By the way, can you chat with one of our customer support representatives and find out if there is any alternative.
