We had 2 computers and one of them died so we bought a new laptop. This used up the third of our product keys. Our subscription runs out in a couple of days. If I just renew it all 3 keys would still be used up even though we will never use the old computer again. Would I be better off letting it run out and then buying Norton 360 new with a new 3 product keys so we will have one left over again in case we decide to buy another laptop (for one of the kids)? Or is there a way of removing the old computer from the renewal so it doesn't count for this year?

Welcome to the Norton Community Forum
Please do not let the subscription run out as the product will stop working completely on all of the computers. You can contact customer support using the free chat program and explain what has happened. They can adjust the activations that are left. You can buy N360 which has 1 product key, but can be used on up to 3 computers. You can buy N360 any where you can get a good price as long as it's a legitimate place and the product is unused.
This is the link for US/Can. If you need a different location, please consult your local Symantec site for the local free chat customer support link.
Please come back and let us know how you made out. Thanks.
