Welcome to the Norton Community.
Yes you absolutely can. You should be able to save the file directly to your USB stick or copy from your HD to your USB.
If the 3 computers you will use this one have different product keys, just make sure and use the appropriate product key when you activate N360.
You can get the full version of N360 from this link.
Do the computers you want to use this one have a prior version of N360? Do they have some other security software installed? If you will be using this on any computer which has anything other than N360 already installed, then you should use a removal tool designed to remove all remnants of the prior software before attempting to install N360.
Please provide specifics on the OS version and security software installed on all computers and we can give you further guidance on this.
Hope this helps.

The computers all have Vista Home Premium 32. I am upgrading from Norton Internet Security Suite 2010
I have downloaded to a usb stick the file N360-ESD-17-5-0-127 this installs Norton 360 V188.8.131.52
I then need to install the update to V184.108.40.206 (which is around 79meg) this doesnt seem to be able to save to the usb stick and has to be run as a live update which for 3 computers means I have to run live update and download 3 times to update.
I would of thought to save time and that I could just download the latest file once and install from the usb stick people with slow internet connections and lower download limits might appreciate just one file.
The link you gave is for Norton Download Manager which will automatically download and install your Norton product this doesnt let me save to a usb and is for V220.127.116.11
Overall I am very happy with my Norton products I just think downloading several times is not a good procedure.

Thanks for the update. I am not sure why this link downloads the download helper instead of the full version. If you click on the link for NIS, you will find that it downloads the true full version as a stand-alone installer. Apologies I did not realize it done differently for N360. I will inquire with Symantec if this is intended or an error. The links we normally use are shown below but unfortunately they have not yet been updated to the latest version of N360, so yes Live Update would have to be run afterwards.
Side question: is the NIS installation on the other computers about to run out of subscription? Just be aware that the product keys between N360 and NIS are not interchangeable.
Norton 360 Standard Edition version 4
Norton 360 Premier Edition version 4
Also, since you have NIS on the other computers you should run the Norton Removal tool to ensure things are cleaned up prior to installing N360.
First, please download the full version of N360 as indicated above.
Next please download and save the removal tool to your desktop which you can get from here.
Then, if you use Identity Safe please make a backup following the procedure here. Please note that you can restore this Identity Safe data to your N360 installation later as it works the same way on both NIS and N360.
Please NOTE that the Norton removal tool removes ALL Norton/Symantec products so be sure to have all your product keys handy as you will need to reinstall them. You can get your product keys from your Norton Account.
Please disconnect from the Internet first, then run the removal tool downloaded earlier. Please run this 2-3 times with a reboot in between each one.
Then please install N360 from the full version you downloaded earlier. Once installed please connect back to the Internet and run Live Update repeatedly (rebooting as requested) until no more updates are found.
Install any other Norton products removed by use of the removal tool.
Repeat the above procedure for the other computers.
Hope this helps and please let us know how it goes.

I was just informed by another Guru who has done this before that the first link I mentioned for the download manager which has the 398K N360 download will work for what you need to do.
Essentially it will download and extract the necessary files which you can then use on your other computers.
I just tried it myself to confirm that it works as expected and it does. You download the 398K file first and then run it. It will then download and extract the other files needed to install N360. It will create a folder called NortonInstallationFiles on your desktop. In this folder will be several files including one called N360-UPGRADE-ESD-NoDefs-17-6-0-32-EN.exe.
These files can then be copied to a flash drive, etc and used to install N360 on the other computers you have a license for.
This is the latest version of N360. Please don't be fooled by the name, it will come out as 18.104.22.168 which is the latest version of N360.
So instead of downloading using the links I provided in my last post, please use the download manager link here so you will get the latest version.
You will still need to run Live Update after installation but using this link, the live update will be much smaller and probably just virus definitions.
The rest of the procedure from my previous post still applies, only the link you use to download N360 changes.
Hope this helps.
