Hi AMikeC,
Please run manual LiveUpdate (rebooting as requested) as many time as needed until such time as LiveUpdate responds that "no more updates are available" - then reboot one last time.
After doing the above on the Main NSS page, click on Support > About and veify the Version number shown is 5.2.1.3.
