Norton 360

My Norton used to fill in signon data on websites that required it, i.e. user name and password....this was a nice feature.  Well, it just doesn't do it any more.  Why not?  I didn't change any settings.

Can you tell us the following details please.

1. Version of N360 you are using

2. OS and Service pack.

3. Browser and its version.

Also please check if Identity Safe is turned ON.

Check if 'Securely collect and Store my logins and offer them to fill when I revisit those pages' option in Identity Safe Options window is enabled.(Click 'Settings' menu option from Toolbar-> Select Identity Safe Options)

Thanks...that was it.  The Identity Safe had somehow gotten turned off.  I got it back on and it is working.
